We are looking for an experienced and innovative change agent with extensive experience in workplace restoration, team dynamics and conflict resolution, who is excited by the opportunity to apply their creative and innovative skills in a collaborative environment.  Our environment is fast-paced with complex client needs and competing priorities. You will need to be proactive in building relationships with clients from the ground up and creating strategic leadership and organizational development programs and interventions.

The Senior Organization and Employee Effectiveness (OEE) Consultant partners with senior academic and administrative leadership to provide strategic consultation to deliver organizational effectiveness programs that meet the clients’ long and short-term strategic priorities. The Sr. OEE Consultant is responsible for leading in the contracting, discovery, design, development and delivery of faculty/department-wide OD processes and interventions that address issues such as organizational change, strategic development, workplace culture, team dynamics and leadership development.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Organizational Behaviour, Adult Education, Human Resources, Business, Law or or closely related field.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years progressively more responsible experience in a broad range of organization development projects including change management, process facilitation, leadership development.
  • Specific experience in workplace restoration, conflict resolution and utilizing strategies to improve team dynamics.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessment and recommending data-informed interventions.
  • Proven track record in partnering strategically to diagnose, design and implement best practice HR/OEE programs and initiatives, advising and coaching senior management.
  • Demonstrated experience as a change consultant, advising, planning and implementing initiatives to ensure effective adoption and transition through the organizational change process. Experience in leading micro and macro change initiatives through project life span.
  • Experience partnering with inter-disciplinary HR professionals and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in assessing clients’ learning needs, application of adult learning principles related to instructional design techniques and organizational development theories to design and deliver programs, services and workshops on a range of leadership topics.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with responsibility for managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Proven facilitation skills through all levels of an organization.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment.
