Introduction

On November 27, come check out Emergenetics, a proven psychometric tool used by corporations, public sector organizations, and individuals around the world, but new to the Canadian market. The Meeting of the Minds Workshop is a signature program developed to reveal thinking and behavioural preferences through experiential learning in order to realize greater individual and team potential. Developed by an educator and industrial psychologist, the Emergenetics profile is based on a wide body of academic literature covering psychology and neuroscience, and explores a 7-attribute model revealing both thinking and behaviour preferences – leading to more than 400 unique profiles and ensuring that no one feels "force-fit".
