Description

In this webinar, Al Blixt, coach, consultant, author, and expert on innovation and change, will share with us how to lead strategic innovation and change. We will look at the benefits of truly leading innovation and change, not just talking the talk.

Leading strategic innovation and change provides people with critical knowledge and skills important for success in encouraging and managing innovation. We will learn how to develop effective skills for the managerial and executive levels and what it means to create accelerated adaption for the demands of tomorrow. We will also look at how you change your infrastructure to an innovation hub!

We will examine the three leadership roles of strategic innovation:

  1. The Leader as a Visionary

  2. The Leader as an Architect

  3. The Leader as a Change Champion

Finally, we will discuss the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ) as a key factor in your ability to be effective as a leader. The four elements of EQ are self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. The good news is that you can learn to improve your proficiency in each of these areas. Al will discuss how to use Emotional Intelligence when you are in the roles of visionary, architect, and change champion.

We look forward to your participation in this much-anticipated webinar!
